Accredited JV Partner Sought for lucrative shallow horizontal oil well project

Lending Nationwide

I now have the ability to finance non-owners with stated income, stated assets for 1-4 units up to 70% from $100K to $2MM with rates starting at 7.5% and 5 units up or other commercial, no income, no assets from $100K to $5MM up to 75%.  Minimum fico 650 with higher scores, higher ltv.
