I now have the ability to finance non-owners with stated income, stated assets for 1-4 units up to 70% from $100K to $2MM with rates starting at 7.5% and 5 units up or other commercial, no income, no assets from $100K to $5MM up to 75%. Minimum fico 650 with higher scores, higher ltv.

Unfortunately I know Steven Tayman (listed on this site as a lender) very well. He is a close personal friend. He is not a lender. In fact he attempted to borrow money through this website. He did not create the listing!
He applied to Thomas Amaral (listed on this site as a lender) He wound up being a fraudulent lender and took up front fees and never funded the approved loan.
