Hi, I'm trying to get a deal funded. I'm not sure if you're still doing what you do, but I'm trying to purchase a property to wholesale or flip to a ooc. The deal is basically being sold for 93k worth 125k. I'm going to put down about 10k myself to get the deal done. This puts the ltv right at 65%. Can you help me get this done. The property is located in Midtown historical Memphis TN. A very sought after area. Where can i forward this deal?
