Conventional Desk - underwrite, fund and service the notes. Up to 80% (this woudl cover CC & Fees) Rates for a 5 year 4.75 - 5.5% / 10 year 4.25 - 5%

Bridge Desk - Underwrite, Fund and Service the Notes. Up to 75% CLTV (greater LTV on a case by case basis ) Rates start at 9% for the first and 13% for any Mezzanine - 6months to 5 year terms.
