Looking for Commercial Real Estate Deals to Fund

I am looking for folks who need money for acquisition/rehabilitation or value add on income producing commercial real estate.  I prefer investments in multifamily property and office units. I can make deals with as little as 10% down.  I will offer a negotiable bridge-to-permanent loan if there is major rehab, or value add.  The bridge will start at 8.99% interest.  I will charge 4.13% on permanent loans.  I will offer a 10-year term.  This will be a non-recourse deal.  I also charge a small…See More

6 bedrooms 9 bathrooms 8,000+ sf, in ground pool and jacuzzi, 2 story property.

Purchase price is $350,000.

Rehab cost is $125,000.

Harris County Appraisal District has the property appraised at $706,000.

Zillow has the property appraised at $608,000.

Title work is already completed and closing documents have already been signed.

Propertry to be refinanced after repairs are completed.

Original private lender backed out on the day of closing.

Need funding ASAP.
