We work closely with other licensed professionals to help support their borrowers & buyers needs. Brokers who are unable to satisfy their client’s mortgage needs, for whatever reason, can find a quick and alternative short-term resource with our Private Money programs:  

  1. What is the benefit of working with us as your direct private money source?  

We are a collaborative partner with dozens of brokers who come to us to get their client a loan when their programs do not fit for the borrower.  We do not broker out loans but have a roster of more than 600 direct private investors who lend through us. We do not market to your clients, nor do we communicate with them to obtain information without your approval. Using a private lender like us allows you to keep your client, get their needed loan done, receive your commission, and then work with the borrower to refinance down the line into your loan programs once their qualifications are satisfied.  

  1. How does a licensed Broker, Real Estate Agent or Mortgage Loan Originator get paid commission by us? 

Simply call us at 707-708-0797 or email us at info(@)pacificdirectmortgage.com. We will promptly send you our simple Broker Package, along with a copy of your DRE Broker License and NMLS license (for consumer loans). This will allow you to Broker loans to us and get paid broker commissions. 

In today’s market we all need programs that help each of us, to help others. The private mortgage is an excellent way to satisfy the borrower or buyer who either needs a fast loan, or they don’t currently qualify for conventional lending programs. Rather than lose business you can help your client, and still collect your commission. 

For 15+ years we have worked with licensed mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Loan Originators and other financial institutions to provide fast & flexible real estate financing options to their clients, through our Private Money programs!
