Recently, a local Mortgage Broker reached out to us for one of his past Borrowers, whose debt-to-income ratios were too high if the borrower had 2 mortgages.   The borrower wanted to pull cash out of his current home’s equity as a down payment on another house he wanted to purchase.  He needed a loan of $540,000, which we had no problem getting approved.  Within a couple of weeks, the loan was funded and the borrower was a new homeowner!
