Construction funding for self storage in Nevada?

Looking for construction funding for an experienced real estate investor. He owns several properties but this is his first time building. He owns the land. Cost to build estimated to be $1.2 million. He does not want to put in additional money as he already owns the land free and clear. If you can finance this type of deal please comment here with options.
