You don't owe me a thing. I was happy to help. It's great seeing your success. I have never seen anyone make even half as much money as you in their first year in the business. It's fun to watch someone do literally everything I suggest and make absolutely insane money. Tells me I should probably start taking my own advice!

Yes I was taught by a pro :) Thank you! Actually when I was cold calling commercial real estate offices, I ended up speaking with the Owner/Broker of a 60 Agent commercial office in Seattle and they are sending me a steady stream of deals. I am also waiting on final approval for an office building in a town called Bellevue which is near Seattle. That came from the same office. Should know early next week. That one will have a loan amount of about $4.4 million. I am basically making an entire year's worth of income this month hahaha. Thanks for all your help. I owe you big!
