Direct Lending Partner - we are a DIRECT Short-Term Lender to real estate investors in 32 states (others considered on case-by-case basis) for purchase and rehab on single family and multifamily properties.

Also, offering new construction on single family to flip or hold and refi.

Also offering lines-of-credit for experienced, active investors from $500k - $10MM.

Finally, we offer bridge financing on multifamily properties for purchase and improvements where heavy rehab is OK and low occupancy is OK.
