My Client needs investment for buying RE in New Jersey valued at 7 ml Contractual value is nearly 5.75 ml
property has little environment issue which is in pipeline to resolve would take 3 to 6 month in all to finally get certificate and the fees of nearly 600 to 1 ml being cost of environment company is added in this 7 ml.
