We use a clear procedure with all customers;
1/ We do not take upfront payment.
2/ A Fee/Commission Agreement is signed upon reviewing the Executive Summary.
3/ We help structuring the project/documents which should be presented to Investors/Lenders.
4/ Upon receiving the First response from our source (+ and/or -) we communicate it to developer.
5/ We make a presentation to get the developer in touch with the source directly to save time for all parties.
6/ When successful deal we would ask for our fee to be paid.
