Sites requirement;

 

For Hotels

We are actively seeking sites for hotel development in the major cities of Germany, The United Kingdom, Italy, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and the Nordics.

Sites should be freehold or leasehold in excess of 25 years and be located in major commercial centres close to public transport or at major airports.

The sites should be suitable for new development of between 5,000 and 10,000 sq. m., up to seven storeys in height.

For Student homes

We are currently seeking sites for the development of student homes in Belgium, the United Kingdom and Italy.

Sites should be freehold or leasehold in excess of 25 years and located in major university cities. The sites should be suitable for new development of more than 150 rooms,

ideally, up to seven storeys in height.
