I am the Business Development rep for a WTE company, Utah-based Carbon2Fuels, LLC.  While we have funding commitments for 3 of our plants, because each plant costs north of $200M, I wanted to secure another funding/financing source.  Said funding source offers VERY flexible terms, and there is no personal guarantee needed from the Borrower.  

However, all projects, be it RE, energy, infrastructure, water treatment, desalination, etc., should have Buyer(s) with a PPA/LOI to show the annual payment amortization (e.g. minimum annual energy purchase, etc.), or in the case of a RE project (e.g. low-income housing that is developed in conjunction with a municipality, etc.), and ALL BUYERS/OBLIGORS MUST BE INVESTMENT GRADE (via Moody's or Standard & Poor's rating agencies), and typically Buyer/Obligor being either IG-rated corporation(s) or city/state.

If you have a project that has an Investment Grade Buyer/Obligor, then your project has a VERY high probability of being financed.  Lender offers flexible terms and options including:

*$40M minimum to $600M max;
*Single-digit, fixed rates up to 20 year amortization;
*No points to Lender; no annual audit or legal fees;
*Single-payment "bullet" loans available, with deferred payments for 5-7 years;
*Funding falls under New York State laws;
*Lender will provide standard "10 Question" and will require Project Summary, along with Application to be completed;
*US or Canada projects only; 
*Once documents are verified, fast 30-day closing;
*Lender is very capable & creative in securing financing, has extensive client list, impeccable references and awards.

What you need
 A project ‘fit for purpose’ i.e. ready for capital with all licensing, permitting and any entitlement or incentives in place or committed to be in place within 90 days
 Cash invested in project (we offer IRS approved credit enhancements)
 Equity in project (we can provide an equity strip if needed)
 Some capital reserve available to for necessary third‐party investigation and reports and other lender requirements like site visits, feasibility reporting, due diligence investigation and reports, appraisals or business valuation documentation (we can help with possible crowdfunding programs)
 Background of Principal and infrastructure team with track record of success
 Unique position of project, innovations or principal experience that enhance the success of the venture
 Market research, program, plan or strategy to identify, capture and deliver your product or service to this market.
