Profile Information

Company name and description
RJC structures each funding in a manner that takes into consideration the particular aspects and fundamentals of the Project / Business. Interest rates can range from 4.00% to 8.00% depending on a few factors. RJC can include part of the funding as equity if all parties agree this would enhance the performance of the Project / Business.
Types of projects we look for are development, renovations, expansions and acquisitions .
For international projects we start at $20,000,000 USD. USA projects we start at $5,000,000.
If the Project has a construction loan / business phase that precedes permanent funding, then RJC would begin with a construction loan funding and then a roll into a permanent loan when construction phase is completed. Permanent loan can be from 5 years to 20 years in length.

$10 million to $50 million USD per project

Share in 30% to 40% of net profits, plus 6 %interest compounded annually

A passive investor–They do not take an equity position

Capital provided monthly over 12 to 48 month (No lump sum loans)

Client must have minimum of 1% to 10 of capital required for reserve fund
