Looking for Commercial Real Estate Deals to Fund
To those who are looking to invest or acquire commercial real estate, here is what I am looking for to fund.
1) Projects where the sponsor has a resume and experience in developing or investing in commercial real estate.
2) The sponsor can bring at least 10% of new equity into the project. We can bring in an equity investor to put up the additional 10% to bring the LTV to 80%.
