A partner and I have a very interesting opportunity to purchase out of receivership a distressed not 1st position against a 80 unit apartment building. Current as is value $1.6 million and we are purchasing for $650k. Needs $175k in updates and will push value to $2-2.4 million. Property is 50% vacant.

Between my partner and I we have owned more then 1.400 rental units combined, extremely experienced and looking for lenders.

You may consider investing 500K with dkiholding for 2 months and get 1 Million in return. or get a low interest loan from them.
