I am looking for a loan on an occupied rental property in Atlanta. Purchase price is 325000...I have up to 20% down. I do not qualify for a conventional mortgage because of debt to income ratio.
I only plan on keeping the loan for about 3 months until the renter is out, then i have a hard money lender that is financing the demolition and new construction.
