Forum - Please make sure the terms and guidelines you represent are accurate. Just got a blast email on rates starting at 6.5%. A 30 Year fixed rate is 6.25% so how and where is alternative financing cheaper or similar. Set the proper expectation upfront for people that read or receive your material.
