Looking for funding in Scottsdale Az

I just had my offer accepted on a single family home in Arizona. Purchase price is $479000. My credit score right now is 688. I can pay cash for this property but I do not want to do that so if you could please let me know what percentage down payment and what the interest rate would be for long term financing that would be fantastic.

No rehab is needed! This will be a long term investment.

Understood. The Intake Form is a one page document that collects the necessary information to provide a Soft Quote. It can’t hurt to have a second offer for comparison. Especially if it only takes 5 minutes to complete.
