I want to purchase properties off auction.com for fix and flips and maybe a few to buy and hold. I am also wanting funding to purchase tax liens/deeds for long-term investments.Is there any lender interested in funding these types of projects?

What do I need to qualify to get a line of credit? I am looking to build a long term relationship with my lenders. I think to answer that would be
"everyone " now a little word to the wise everybody will try to lure you in and tell you they can do fix and flip just to get your file so do some research in advance.. most of the peoole on this forum are not lenders , the real players in residential finance such as - b2r, lendinghome, etc...aren't on this forum but are above board and very transparent, also be very wary of sending your information to somebody on this forum that is using a Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook account.. if you're serious about your business you're going to have a corporate email address.
Yes I agree.Some other advice:
1- Don't pay upfront fees usually it is a fraud
2- Ask for a telephone.Call several times,no answer,the person calls you later,always,it is a fraud.
3- No telephone delivered don't even start the conversation.It is a fraud.
4- Ask where they are from: England it is a fraud.You perceive where it is from when the lender answers as the email shows the hour.
5- if every communication is anew and not a tread it is a fraud.Trying to hide where it is from.
