The Company is seeking to acquire 2-3 existing full operating Hotels in Austria each Hotel with a long positive operating history and top management in charge and with audited financials, that will feature -200 rooms, a day spa, and a 4-5 star restaurant onsite. At this time, The hotels will have multiple revenue streams, which will allow the hotels to achieve maximum profitability by providing all boarding services that a customer could want from a fine 4* - 5*hotel. The existing and opertaing hotels in a pre LOI status with the Company.

1.2 The Financing

The Company is seeking to raise $29,500,000 + from investor(s). The Company  expects to sells upt o 60% + equity interest in the hotels in exchange for the requisite capital. The tentative terms of this agreement can be found in the second section of this prospectus.
