Help Needed

I have 2.5 hectares of land in SW France. Originally I was going to build an equestrian centre and live there. Due to divorce that is not possible now. I have since obtained planning for 15 houses thinking this would make it interesting to developers.

I am not a professional developer, I am a 'newbie' to development.

I have created a website that gives full details of the land and pictures etc.

Please will any person/company who have experience in this field, take a look at the website and offer advice on the best way forward.

I am interested in any financial assistance you can supply. I am looking to borrow against the value of the land with max LTV.
