Client can try Lexington Law, or better yet Borrower can contact the collection agency and try to negotiate payment in exchange for removal. Collection agencies just want money so a good sized payment offer would very possibly get them to remove from credit reports.

the collection agency, even though they paid in full today, they did not know what is was, but did figure it out, will not give them a time frame for the removal... could be 45,60,90 etc
