I am a lender .... actually I have connections to many lenders who make real estate-backed loans and other loans. Generally, my lenders fund only US-based properties but ask. The worst anyone can say is 'No' and if you don't ask then answer is 'No.'
Best of all, I charge no upfront fees. My lenders pay me at closing.
