I offer 40 years experience in the financial industry.  I am direct and "gatekeeper" to my closed P.E. Groups, and other Real Estate lenders.  My mandate is to obtain required documentation, review for compliance and fit, complete Risk/Loss analysis and preliminary underwriting. All funding requests must have cash in already and at least 10% of the funding request in cash reserve funds.  Direct Commercial RE  property funding  requires 25-35% cash in the deal.

  If  i accept the funding request, and the project, then I will issue an approval recommendation letter to my Group for funding consideration and if agreed, then the  LOI/Term Sheet will be provided.
