How would you like to make 23+% on your investment?
I have gained exclusive access to several (think 500+) Baltimore properties. Who either are already producing returns or could do so very quickly (with some rehab). These properties already have management in place and the expense has been factored in when calculating ROI.
The seller would like to sell them in groups of 10+. They start as low as 50K each.

I'm looking for working capital for my business, from $250,000. The money would be used to pay for transactions on properties that I do. To help pay fees into title and or repair fees on the properties I'm working on. I'm looking for interest payment only, and I would need the money for 6 years.
