I have an experienced investor looking for a second mortgage on a building in Washington State. Current first mortgage is at 50%LTV and has been in place for six years. Building is fully occupied. Investor looking for a second to cash out for future opportunities and would not exceed combined LTV of 75%. Loan request is for $4mm.
