This is great information, Amy. Thank you for pulling this list together. However, the list is very loooong with companies lending money in the $$millions. But what about those of us who need a whole lot less than millions. I could use more readily a list of private lenders who are willing to lend in Idaho on residential (SFR to 4-unit) properties that are in the $50K - $250K range. Are there any of those out there?
