Company name and description: UC Funding is a nationwide direct commercial real estate lender and “one stop shop” that provides the most competitive capital solutions for real estate owners throughout the entire capital stack. We provide bridge and permanent financing, mezzanine debt, and equity, nationwide, for all commercial real estate asset types directly from our own balance sheet. Over the last 18 months UC Funding has been aggressively deploying capital and has closed in excess of $600 million in commercial real estate transactions.
We are aggressively looking for commercial real estate transactions with loan amounts of $1M and above and that need to close within 30 days or less. Our bridge pricing is very aggressive and our interest rates of 6% to 9% are less than what is typically offered in the marketplace.
