My name is David Ruggerio and my company; TDR Equity Inc. acquires and develops luxury hotels.
We are acquiring a unique site at 111 Washington Street, just adjacent to the World Trade Center
Memorials and One Liberty Tower. presently it is vacant land, we have the rights to build 406,000 square feet. Presently we are estimating to build up to 72 stories. We have retained Ted Hammer and his firm Mancini Duffy to
design the building. It will be an iconic building which will house a ultra luxe hotel with 210 keys, and 100 residence. We will have all the amenities that you associate will ultra-luxe. In addition we will have retail,.
We will flag the hotel as a Mandarin Oriental.
Presently we are in contract and have the purchase price of $250M. My company has additional capital, but seeks a strategic partner. We will have our investment packages ready by the end of the week.
