Who are y'all brokering fix & flip deals to right now? I haven't done one in several months and now all of the sudden I have two that I need to place. One in Raleigh, NC and another in a suburb of Tampa, FL called Wesley Chapel. 

If you don't mind, can y'all help a girl out and let me know who is doing the best job funding these right now?

I saw this post right as I am looking to place one of my own here in Washington state. Two lenders I am speaking with are Intrust Funding and Lending One. Both look good. Lending One is a larger nationwide lender with a good track record. I will call RFG as well and see how they compare. I hope this gives you a few more good options Gina!
