This list is not a listing of 2000 fake lenders and mortgage brokers that some loser found on Google and emailed you as a spam message. The new Legitimate Lender List is updated, verified, and real. It contains residential and commercial DIRECT LENDERS with their funding specialties, loan amounts, websites, phone numbers, and in many cases their email addresses. It is literally all you need as a Mortgage Broker to know where to send your residential and commercial deals in need of funding.
