Jonathan,

Using the Funding Sources tab on this website will increase your chances of finding an actual LENDER instead of a broker, which will make it much easier to place your hard money loans. The list is from late 2011 and was thoroughly verified at that time. Each company listed was a direct lender. This will give you much better odds than taking your chances with more brokers, who often have no clue where to place their transaction.
