Check them out carefully before making a move. I had to message them this afternoon to get them to stop spamming everyone. In my experience, which is considerable, if you post on every blog and article on a website, your posts are usually very suspect. I cannot say that with 100% certainty, but Brazil is not exactly a hotbed for international real estate funding.

There are so many legitimate funding sources on this website, why take a chance with something like that?
