Hi all,I have a client that would like to purchase a property to flip in Texas. He has great credit and completed 3 flips since 2021. He can only put down 10% and as a broker I have no option for a 90% flip loan without at least 10 flips the last 3 years. Any lenders here have 90% funding for a buyer with 3 flips in 3 years?
