Niagara Falls, Canada, 8 million visitors per year and not much to do in the evening. I am proposing to build a state of the art theater complex, with restaurants, bar and even a members only club (none in Niagara Falls). This complex will generate nearly 20 million per year in gross revenue. Help me create a destination attraction here, seeking 20M for this project.

I live in Toronto and would be interested in taking a look. Have you gone through the zoning, permitting and approvals process? Do you have agreements in place with theatre, rest etc? How much cash are you contributing as 100% financing is not an option.
