Niagara Falls, Canada, 8 million visitors per year and not much to do in the evening. I am proposing to build a state of the art theater complex, with restaurants, bar and even a members only club (none in Niagara Falls). 100% would be great, however recently I have had several offers that want large sums upfront or % of the total up front, something I am unwilling to do so, as they are generally scams. What exactly do you require and how can we move forward?
