Looking for 4.5-6 Million funding. Funds will be used to purchase plant, equipment and operating capital. The project is a closed wood frame panel manufacturing facility. It has been closed since 2009. There is a lot of merit to this. It can save construction time for builders up to 40%. There is a vast market with homebuilders for this product and there is no competition. As you know the home building market went in the tank in the mid 2000’s. Now we are seeing more and more building permits being issued for houses, therefore creating a demand for this. Great ROI for investors.

I'm wondering, I have been contacted by Ken Woods and see that he has 180 posts on this site.  Has ANYONE done business with him and can reccomend his services?

I'm always a bit more cautious with forgeign investors, and more so people who discuss money but can't produce a website or only uses a free email system like gmail.
