Have an immediate need for "Bridge Funding" to help our Lease/Option Clients purchase a Home

We have around 30 clients right now that all have the same criteria in common

They all have good paying jobs with tenure
They all have a "credit hiccup"
They all have the desire to live the American Dream of ownina home

Easiest thing to do now because of the lack of sellers willing to provide owner financing is to actually purchase the home and lease/option it to the clients for 12 months while we repair their credit.

To accomplish this, we are looking for a firm of entity to work with us to provide 100% financing for the 12 months that they will need... worst case.
The goal here of course is to get them qualified, and transitioned into a mortgage.

That... becomes "Part B"... Providing mortgages to the clients once their credit is repaired...

Obviously, this is a "do it and repeat" business model, so we are seeking a long term relationship.
