HELPING OTHERS

Six and seven figure incomes exist to take care of yourself and your family. We buy houses, we invest in stock or real estate. What do you do with the left over money? For me, I like to help the homeless. You may help out or donate to the Humane Society, Salvation Army, your Church, or literally hand money and food to the homeless like I do. Whatever you are doing to improve the lives of struggling humans, stray dogs and cats, the handicapped, it is all good. If you like, please post about it here. Your words and acts of kindness inspire others to do the same. Wouldn't it be a great world if we all helped out those that are struggling? Let's make it happen!

I give every month to St Judes Children's Research Hospital...they provide the latest technology to cure, heal and prevent childhood cancer as well as provide food and lodging for parents of these precious children.

Thanks Big Lou.

As long as they don't tell me they voted for Biden I am happy to help!

Yes, this website is getting a little less action since I started this. Hopefully it is just the communist democrats that are leaving this site. We certainly do not need them here. To the people with honor, integrity, ethics, and honesty... thank you for using Real Estate Finance!

Happy Easter Lou!

I want to say that what you are doing deserves much more publicity than it is getting. I have a tremendous amount of respect for you and your homeless help. I too see less activity on this website since you started posting about what you and your friend do to help people. I say screw them! Any good person will support what you are doing. Even better, you did this on Easter Weekend!

Homeless Acts of Kindness was a huge success today!

Today Zane Graser and I drove to downtown Spokane Wash and spent a few hours with the homeless. It's true... they are dirty, they smell, many of them are drug addicts. I do not care. These are human beings and they deserve better than to have society throw them away like a bag of trash. These people deserve to smile, to have someone say kind things, tell them Jesus loves them. What I do for these people does not change their bad circumstances but it does improve their day. You never know if kindness from someone they would love to trade lives with could improve their outlook on life, give them a better attitude, maybe even motivate one or two of them to find shelter, a shower, some clean clothes, and set up a few job interviews.

There are a few pictures below of Zane and myself handing food & money to these people that truly deserve the help. One lady started crying when Zane gave her a bag of food, then I gave her $50 and she started crying more. Tears oh joy and thanks! This is why we are here. To do for others. These homeless people have no politics. They don't vote. They live off their hustle, and handouts from good people. We can all pick and choose who we love, respect, or help. I choose to help those that cannot help themselves. Those that you look down on are the people I love to help, to see smile, to see tears of happiness in their eyes. You can be a Patriot or a democrat, a good person or a bad person. You only get one life. Make your money but realize you cannot take it with you. Why not help others? Thank you to Gregory Thomas and Rachel Baldwin for contributing. Gregory does not want his name mentioned and I normally respect that but as I wrap up this Spokane homeless assistance program since I am moving away from here, I want to say this... Gregory Thomas has given more money to this cause then anyone other than myself. Gregory is also a Mortgage Broker, a very good one. If you need funding, please consider him. Hi Friends!

I just want to give a quick shout out to some of the members of this website that have been particularly generous in the Homeless Acts of Kindness work that I have been doing the last 4 or 5 months. Just FYI... I have been doing this for many years but only started documenting it and taking photos late last year.

A special thank you to these GOOD PEOPLE:

* Zane Graser! Zane usually goes with me, helps me hold all the food we give out and also takes pictures. Pictures are important because kindness is contagious. Not on this website obviously but on Instagram for example I have received many inspiring messages about our work. I hope others see these selfless acts and start doing the same in their own communities. Helping others is good! Thank you Zane!

* Dwight McCaulsky

* Gregory Thomas

* Shaun Tollman

* Jeffrey Jones

* Alexander Williams

* Rachel Baldwin

* Big Lou Rosenberg

* Tammy Boruk

* Linda Wintersteen

* Alexander Neal

* Richard Milford

I probably missed about 5 of you but I am going off the top of my head. Just thank you to all the GOOD PEOPLE that cared enough about the homeless to pitch in. The biggest donors (not counting myself) were Dwight McCaulsky, Gregory Thomas, and Shaun Tollman.

I could not have done this without Zane. If you need a loan from a good, ethical Mortgage Broker please contact Zane at (503)734-1660

Even though I am stepping away from my website. Yes it is mine. I am basically leaving it to all of you! Post, get noticed, do more loans, help others. If you want to get your funding from good human beings, please contact the names listed above. Not only are they professionals, they are good humans which is very rare these days! The more you do for others, the better person you are. I strongly believe that!

Thanks to all of you!

If you have shoes you no longer are using. Soles for Souls organization is an organization to help those in needs of shoes. They also take clothing. Search in your location/area/state to see if this organization is available.

Hi Friends!

Today I spent the afternoon with Zane Graser in Spokane, Wa. We gave out dozens of cheeseburgers and $10 bills to many of the struggling homeless people in downtown Spokane. Everyone was polite and many were very grateful. If you have not done this personally, and you can afford to spare a few bucks, this is an amazing way to brighten the day of people that have extremely hard lives.

I would like to say a special thank you to Dwight McCaulsky, a member of this website, for making the largest donation last week. I matched that donation, and we received smaller but very helpful donations from 6 other members of this website. I would also like to thank my friend Zane Graser for coming along, taking pictures, and helping me carry all the food we gave out. It feels good to help!

In the future, I will not be asking anyone on this website to donate. Instead, I will build my own website, similar in format to this one, and use the new website to raise awareness for several causes, including homeless people across the USA, stray dogs and cats, children with Spina Bifeda, widows of fallen police and military, and any other causes that need our assistance. I will keep this website 100% about real estate financing for investment properties. The purpose of me building the new website is so that everyone on The Real Estate Finance Website can use this site without me asking for support of the acts of kindness we do. Once the new website is built and has a name, I will invite you all to join. If you are someone that cares about others, I hope you will join us. If you are not that type of person, no problem at all. This great finance website will still be here for you to use any time you like!

I always like to document with pictures when Zane and I help others. That has two purposes:

1) Nobody can ever doubt that the money raised is going exactly where I say it will go

2) Acts of kindness to those in need is something that is contagious. I got this idea to help others by watching Instagram videos and I felt like it is something that Jesus would like to see all people do. Doing this has completely changed me and I will hold this close to my heart for the rest of my life. My thought is if I can be inspired to do this level of help for others, several people reading these posts I make will likely do the same and that is all that matters to us! Helping others in need is a good thing!

Pictures from today are below. Thank you again to Zane and Dwight!

I hope you all have an amazing weekend!

Hi Friends.

Just wanted to let you all know that I will be building a new website, completely separate from Real Estate Finance, that will be 100% about helping others all over the United States. We will be publicizing the website all over the internet with the purpose of helping others that cannot help themselves. This will include raising awareness and eventually funding to help not only the homeless in many cities across the country but also helping stray dogs and cats, children with cancer, spina bifeda and other horrible health conditions. There will also be pages with suggestions on how you, me, and everyone else can do little things within our own communities to make other people's lives better.

If anyone has suggestions on people or causes that you feel are important to include when I build this new website, please message my inbox on this website, or send me a text at 208-794-7430.

Thanks,

Monty

I just sent $20 to help out. I don't have a lot but I think every bit makes a difference.

Thank you for doing this!

This young man has a great attitude but he needs a boost. He is about to turn 18 in a few months and has been messaging me on Instagram. He wants a job. I cannot do too much from Northern Idaho but this website (that I own) has several thousand members that live in the Southeastern USA. This kid is in Florida. If any of you would like to give him an entry level position in Mortgage or Real Estate, it would be a very nice gesture. With the right training and direction from a successful businessman or woman, this kid could go very far in life. He told me all he wants to do is help his mother and make her proud. Please see video below. My comment is somewhere in there and that is how he and I started messaging. If you help this kid by giving him a shot, I will do anything I can to help you in the future. Life is about doing for others and what comes around goes around!

Promotion to help the huge homeless population in Spokane, Wa:

Hi Friends.

I haven't been mentioning this much the last few weeks but I would like to raise money this weekend to help out the homeless here in Spokane, Wa. I live in Northern Idaho, about 35 minutes from there. My friend and member of this website Zane Graser and I will be going to Spokane next Friday to give hot food and cash to many of the homeless. There is a very large homeless problem in Spokane. I just want to do my part and help.

If anyone would like to purchase $9 Email Blasts, TODAY ONLY, that would be a great way to get yourself and your business some very low cost advertising and name recognition to 17000 members of this website. For a very long time, I have been giving my own personal money to help the homeless. I would like to see if we can generate some support from this large website to help these people out. Many of them really are good people that are dealing with bad circumstances and just need a little love, a few dollars, a warm meal, and some kind words. When I did this a month ago, you collectively donated $590. The largest donation came from a very good man that uses this website often. He gave $300. I silently matched his donation without telling anyone so Zane Graser and I ended up with $890 that we used to help these people. I gave out the figure of $590 because I did not think anyone needed to know about me matching his donation. Now I think it is relevant to mention because when I started this new promotion 2 days ago, only 3 people have donated a total of $63 and I don't think that is enough to really make a difference for them. I would like to do better today. Even if several of you only have an extra $9, it all helps. Here is my pledge:

TO WHOEVER GIVES THE LARGEST AMOUNT TO HELP THE HOMELESS TODAY, I WILL DO TWO THINGS:

1. I WILL MATCH YOUR DONATION UP TO $1000 WITH MY OWN PERSONAL FUNDS BECAUSE I BELIEVE HELPING OTHERS IS WHY GOD PUT US HERE

2. I WILL GIVE YOU AN INSANE AMOUNT OF PUBLICITY ON THIS WEBSITE

No pressure. You do not need to give. It is just something I do because 25 years ago I spent some time living on the streets myself. I fixed my life and have done well but I received help. I received assistance from both of my parents and guidance from Jesus. I am not pushing Jesus on any of you, I am just saying that I went from being a druggy on the streets of Seattle to literally being able to do almost anything in this world that I want. It took a lot of hard work on my part, and many struggles to get to this place in life. My point has nothing to do with me personally other than with a little help and encouragement, maybe some of these homeless people can make the changes I did and live a long and amazing life.

Please do not feel you need to donate. This is just something I want to do to help. My Paypal.com address for this promotion is fasteasyfunding@mail.com. If you want to help people this is a good way. I do this with integrity. I do not need your money personally. The funds will be given to people that do need it. Proof will be in the pictures Zane and I post after doing this. If any of you live in Coeur D Alene, Idaho or Spokane, Washington, I would like to invite you to meet Zane and I down there so you can see what we do to help, and how important these acts of kindness are to both of us and also to the people we are helping.

You can help Zane and I assist the homeless by sending payment to fasteasyfunding@mail.com.

Thanks friends.

I like reading your different thoughts. In Spokane which is close to where I live, there are many shelters but because there are so many homeless in that town, they often are unable to get a meal or have a place to sleep because of the sheer demand for food and beds. This leaves them out all day and night in a city where the lows are often in the teens and single digits in December and January. They need assistance, a nice gesture, and encouragement. I try not to analyze it too closely as far as what they do with the money. I am not giving them thousands of dollars, I am more giving them a small bag of hot food and a $20 bill. I don't care what they do with the money. Some will do drugs, some will not. I have also seen them opening a bag with three or four tacos and sharing that with other homeless on the same street. Many of these are good people that have experienced unfortunate hardship. Who am I to judge? I just want to help. Anything you or I can offer, even just a grin and wishing them a great day, would be a positive.

Tina,

My house is 20 minutes from downtown Seattle. Our city has one of the worst homeless disasters of any city nationwide. You can't walk downtown without seeing not just a few but really, many hundreds of homeless. They camp everywhere, are in every alley, it is rampant. My father always told me when I was young that if you give them money they will just use it to do drugs. In my adult years I have come to realize that number one, not all homeless do drugs and number two, if you want to help then give them a few dollars and let them make the choice. I do give money to them when I am in downtown Seattle. When I have to make a drive there to meet a Realtor partner or have dinner with one of my kids or a friend I have always made sure to put a small handful of dollar bills in a pocket. I never give more than a few dollars to any of them but it makes me feel good to do and it serves as an example to my teenage children. It they want to use the five bucks I hand them for drugs, a couple hamburgers, or another kind of snack it is up to them. I am happy to let them know that someone else cares about them enough to give them a few bucks, say hello, wish them a nice day. Point is to me at least it is none of my business what they do with the money. These folks have lives most of us could never imagine. The weather, violence, health troubles that go along with the tough lifestyle, hatred from society. It makes me happy to let them know even for one minute that yes they do matter.

I live in Pittsburgh, Pa. and we have homeless issues as well. It get's so cold and snowy in the winter it is hard to imagine having to spend every night out on the streets or in a tent in the woods. I support what you are doing. I wonder if there is a way we can help you by possibly having an address to purchase sleeping bags, blankets, warm clothes online and have them delivered to you to be passed out? Just thinking out loud. I will send a few dollars to support this but I always worry that handing cash to the homeless can add to their addictions? Not to stereotype but I always read online about a large percentage of these people being addicted to drugs or alcohol. They need help either way but I always think because of this maybe giving them actual food and clothing may be of bigger benefit than handing them cash?

Thanks Lou. It's really ok, websites like this exist to help people find the funding they need for their real estate transactions. I understand most people on this website do not want to get involved in anything other than real estate funding and that is ok, everyone has the right to make their own personal choice. I will stop posting about helping others so much but I do still plan on having a monthly promotion for those members that feel like helping others is a priority. People can help any way they want, whether giving at their church, helping out at animal shelters, donating to charities that they believe in, spending time with those in their own community that need assistance. At the end of the day, me as website owner should give the people on this website what they want, and that is finance options for their investment properties. On a site called Real Estate Finance, everything else should be secondary to offering real estate financing. It is my mistake for pushing other ideas here. It is absolutely ok. I do want to say thank you for your post. It was very nice.

To anyone reading, thank you for using this website.

Monty,

I have noticed that since you have made a few posts about helping people, there seems to be much less activity on this website. Very noticeable. Here is my opinion: Keep helping people, keep posting about it, keep making a difference. Anyone that has a problem with you focusing on making a difference for people that have truly hard or even unbearable lives is just flat out a bad person. My wife and I sponsored a family through my church last month for Christmas and we did it because of a post that you made. Kindness is contagious. Unfortunately, so is being a selfish turd. I will stick with you no matter what.

Thanks Tollman. Thank you Jamie. Very kind of you both. In the future, I really do not want anyone talking about me here, if that is ok with all of you. Acts of kindness are something that EVERYONE should be doing. I do not need or deserve my name mentioned. If you do not start your day off by thinking to yourself 'what can I do to help others today' then why even get out of bed. Helping people is why we exist. Let's all work together to make a difference in the lives of those that can really use it!
