Looking for small construction funding in Oregon

Hi everyone.

My name is Gina Henson. I have a borrower that refinanced 3 of his homes with me last year and he is now looking to build his first spec. home. He purchased the land in Beaverton, Or. last year for $195k. He only owes $22k on it right now because he is making large payments to get it paid off quickly. He would like to build a home to sell and needs $284k for this build. Land is properly zoned and county approved. Now he just needs financing and I do not have a source for smaller construction loans like this one.

This borrower owns 5 investment properties (rentals). This will be his first spec. home. Credit was 692 when I refinanced him last year.

Construction in Oregon anyone?

Hi Gina.

There are many great brokers on here that can assist you with this. For this loan I think using an experienced broker makes a lot of sense as construction loans are very different from your standard purchase and refinance loans. If you need a direct lender, I recommend RCN. Temple View also does spec homes but not sure if they will do one below $300k. Gina is asking for a construction loan, not a generic copy/paste reply that literally offers her nothing and has nothing to do with construction funding. She is seeking a specific type of funding. Why not be a professional and tell her what you can offer her. Otherwise, why post??? If you offer construction funding, what LTV can you finance, what loan amounts, what are your rates, how many draws? Do you get the picture??? You have been posting this generic junk on here for months and there is no way you are getting any loans out of it. Why not respond to a funding request by actually trying to help the person in need of funding?
