We are a local Real Estate Investment Company, looking to buy repo's distressed homes, either flip and/or rental for Section 8 Housing that will bring in consistent money while flipping other homes. Our plan is to take repos, etc. off the market, helping bring the communtiy back and have plans to give back to the community in other ways. Please provide us with more information.
We just looked at one property today that is a great deal (repo) will not last long looking to get funding for this one home. We plan on doing numerous homes and have done our due dilligence in our Business Plan and more information available on our website

Hey Barry,
It can wait until you get back but thanks for asking. I am going to take a 2nd look at a property tomorrow where the seller countered and I want to make sure there is enough room for a profit so I'm going over it with a fine tooth comb. I will let you know. Will probably like to use your funding for this deal. I have used a hard money lender in the past and it has worked well so I'm considering on opening new relationships so I can do more than one deal at a time.
