We can work with the large majority of commercial properties for collateral, which includes: Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Retail, Office, Auto Repair, Day Care, Funeral Homes, Beauty Shops, and more. The highest LTV on income creating property is 70% as well as maximum LTV on owner-user properties is 65%. Additional options that come with our platform are listed below:
• 600 Bare minimum FICO Score
• Loans close in three to four weeks
• Fix Rates of interest start out at 10.5%
• 5 Year Balloon Product 9.5% amortized over 25 years
• Adjustable Rates begin in the 9% Range

We don’t provide loans on raw land, construction, assisted living, restaurants, bars, or even gasoline stations (despite the fact that we will lend on automobile repair or auto body shops)
