I'm looking for a hard money lender for a small business acquisition:  here's the deal -- my client is looking to purchase an existing, performing restaurant in Rockland County, NY.  No real estate, just the assets and the business.  loan amount is $250,000 which includes Purchase of $200,000 plus $50,000 for renovations and working capital.  Is there anybody out there who does small potatoes?
