Property Superheroes, LLC is closing on the first house on Monday, April 15th at 4:00pm.
Our current private lender is attempting to change the deal on us so we are exploring other investment offers.

The repair estimates are $30,000 (already inspected)
The ARV is $190,000
Rehab is planned to start on Wednesday, April 17th.
