Hi Alex,

I am seeking funding for investor rehab/flip properties.We are a design build firm creating custom kitchen, bathrooms, basements and have a full wood shop where we build custom cabinetry , furniture, bars, anything. We start looking for properties to fill-in and keep are crews busy and earn additional revenues. Have a number of properties that work in our guidelines and a Class C small apartment complex with 34 2/1 renovated unites in Columbus, Ga at 18K unit with 60% occupancy, NOI of 100K and 16.8% Cap Rate that I want.
