There is a time issue, need to close on 12/19/14.

We've had correspondence before back in November, but if you have future projects going into 2015 that need funding with a timeline that is a little longer, please don't hesitate.  I would like to see this project but I don't think I'd be able to close in 3 days.  From what I've seen, your projects' numbers would be ideal for my lenders.  I'll be in touch.
