Just wondering if this might be of interest:  WE are brokers looking for the capital. 

Would you be interested in a new construction senior care housing facility in Texas? 

This is a 90 bed AL/ALZ conversion in Gainesville TX.  We have been asked to assist in raising the construction financing.

 

As you will see, the total project budget is approximately $16.9MM.  The owner will contribute the land and existing building (current appraised value $4.2MM - $4.5MM) as well as raise an additional $2.5MM of equity through a direct investment with 5 wealthy individuals through the EB5 program.  Facility is looking for a 3 – 5 year construction loan that will be refinanced with a HUD loan upon stabilization.
