Looking for residential portfolio lender

I'm looking for a lender that can help me purchase multiple residential properties. I'm looking to buy in the mid west- example- 50k purchase, 750 monthly rent, property has new plumbing, electrical, roof and hvac.

I have a blanket portfolio loan. Here's a basic description:

• Loan sizes start at $500,000 and range up to $50 million.

• 5 and 10 year loan terms with 30 year amortization.

• Interest rates in the 5-7% range.

• LTV’s up to 75% as long as the loan size meets a minimum DSCR of 1.20x.

I can also get you hard money on a portfolio of properties if you need to acquire them quickly, then use the above loan to refi out.
