Hi Peter - my partner and I have completed over 400 deals together with our main focus being that of MD/DC/VA/PA.  Just had an opportunity presented to us to purchase a home at the NJ shore for 1.3 million, actual value approximately 2.5 million.  We have an inside lead with regard to the mortgage docs being mishandled and have an attorney involved.  We also have a tenant that wishes to lease the home for business purposes.  Looking for funding to put this deal together...think you can help?  Looking forward to speaking with you...Nancy Sewell  443-255-2099  nancysewell64@msn.com
